ONEIL Names Chrysa Theodore as New Board Member

MIAMISBURG, OHIO, February 6, 2024 — O’Neil & Associates, Inc. (ONEIL), an employee-owned company that makes equipment safer to use, faster to repair, and easier to maintain, announced Chrysa Theodore, Vice President, Rushlight Ventures, as its newest board member today.

Chrysa brings over 25 years of leadership experience in defense and aerospace research and development, technical strategy, operations, and executive management. She has successfully mentored a growing staff of employees while simultaneously supporting administration and operations through talent strategy, recruiting, proposal management, contracting, and executive leadership.

Chrysa is focused on strengthening career connections between education and workforce needs and is passionate about the current state of workforce development within the Miami Valley. She volunteers to create awareness of career opportunities available to the next-generation STEM workforce and serves on several advisory committees, including at the University of Dayton and Wright State University. She also serves as Vice Chair of the Engineering Science Foundation, founding council member of the DO STEM ecosystem, and committee member of DRMA Dayton Region Manufacturing Workforce Partnership.
