O'Neil & Associates, Inc., founded in 1947 as an engineering and development firm, is a global leader in the development of product support documentation. We specialize in content development for maintenance, parts and operation procedures, and integration of product support information processes through enhanced technology.
We create, manage, and distribute this product support information via the Web, CD-ROM, paper, and e-learning media - and provide Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), e-learning products, and content management systems to our customers.
Our Software Engineering Technology group uses technologies such as C# .Net, Perl, ColdFusion MX, XSLT, XSL-FO, MS SQL Server and are applying AJAX methodologies to web applications.
Today, O'Neil is in a position of leadership as a developer of product support documentation. We serve customers worldwide from our 75,000 square-foot corporate headquarters building in Miamisburg, Ohio.
