E-Learning: Department of Defense

Department of Defense (DoD) e-learning creates training products to support all military services and specialties. Instructor-led training and Computer-Based Interactive Training (CBIT) is often utilized by the military and/or DOD contractors for technologically advanced training in support of today’s modern military. We have completed training projects in more than a dozen countries.

Training development using Instructional System Design (ISD) is preferred. Technical skills working on equipment and/or a formal technical training background is highly desired.

Our courses run the gambit from satellite communication equipment to heavy construction vehicles. We are currently creating ILT and CBITs for U.S. Army contractors as well as various flight line equipment used by the U.S. Navy and U. S. Air Force.

Tools include Microsoft Office 2000 suite (i.e., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). We also use specialty software as required by our contracts, such as ASAT (Army System for Automated Training). We also develop training using Flash, XML, and SGML.

The desire to develop state-of-the-art training for today’s military is very crucial. This can be creative and rewarding work, but typically must be completed within strict deadlines.
